2-Ingredient Pizza Chips

2-Ingredient Pizza Chips

These 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are a quick, crispy, and cheesy snack that’s perfect for movie nights, game days, or kids’ parties. Made with just mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni, they bake into crunchy, pizza-flavored chips in minutes. Simple, low-carb, and incredibly addictive, they’re great on their own or served with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup (80 g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

  • Optional: Italian seasoning, for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.

  • Spoon about 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella into each muffin cup and lightly press it down.

  • Top each cup with 3 slices of mini pepperoni.

  • Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning, if using.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges turn dark golden brown.

  • Let cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the pan. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella: This helps the chips crisp up instead of becoming greasy.

  • Watch closely: They can go from golden to overdone quickly.

  • Extra crispy: Let them cool slightly—this helps them firm up more.

  • Flavor ideas: Add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, or grated Parmesan before baking.
