  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven and Casserole Dish

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a large casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

  • Remove chicken and shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

3. Cook the Spaghetti

  • Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente (8–10 minutes).

  • Drain and set aside.

4. Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix together:

    • Shredded chicken

    • Cooked spaghetti

    • Cream of chicken soup

    • Chopped bell peppers

    • Paprika, cayenne, garlic powder

    • Half of the cheddar cheese

5. Assemble the Casserole

  • Transfer mixture into the greased casserole dish.

  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

6. Bake

  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

7. Serve

Notes

  • Cook spaghetti al dente: It will absorb flavors without getting mushy.

  • Customize the spice: Adjust cayenne pepper to your heat preference.

  • Add extra veggies: Mushrooms, zucchini, or corn work well.

  • Make ahead: Assemble the casserole the night before and refrigerate; bake before serving.
