These Air Fryer Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with savory garlic and cheesy Parmesan flavor. They’re quick to prepare and make a perfect side dish, appetizer, or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  • Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning.

  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and gently mix until well covered.

  • Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.

  • Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut potatoes into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.

  • For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil halfway through cooking.

  • Freshly grated Parmesan melts and crisps better than pre-shredded.
