Air Fryer Garlic Bread is quick, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. Made from scratch with simple ingredients, this garlic bread turns golden on the outside and soft on the inside in just minutes. It’s perfect as a side for spaghetti or soup, or even enjoyed on its own with coffee. Once you try it in the air fryer, you may never go back to the oven!
4 slices of bread
1½ tablespoons butter (room temperature)
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Cheese (any kind you like – mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan work well)
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 380°F.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and cheese until well combined.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice.
Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 6 minutes, checking halfway through. Add extra cheese on top if desired.
Remove once golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy.
Use room-temperature butter for easy spreading.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
For extra crunch, use thick-cut bread like sourdough or Italian bread.
Add chili flakes or garlic powder for extra flavor.
