Quick, juicy, and full of flavor, these Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are perfect for busy weeknights or an easy protein-packed dinner. Tender steak cubes are seasoned, air-fried until perfectly browned, then tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with fresh parsley. Best of all, they’re ready in minutes!
650 g (22.9 oz) sirloin steak (or steak of choice), trimmed and cubed
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Low-calorie cooking spray
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Season the Steak
Place the steak cubes in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes. Toss well until evenly coated.
Lightly Oil
Spray the seasoned steak with low-calorie cooking spray and toss again.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat to 200°C / 400°F for 5 minutes.
Air Fry
Arrange the steak pieces in a single layer on the air fryer grill plate. Cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Keep the Juices
Remove the steak and grill plate, leaving the cooking juices in the basket (this becomes your sauce).
Add Flavor
Return the steak to the basket. Add garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss gently and air fry for 1–2 more minutes.
Finish & Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and season with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed for proper browning.
Cut steak evenly so all pieces cook at the same rate.
Rest briefly (1–2 minutes) before serving to keep the steak juicy.
Swap parsley for thyme or rosemary for a different flavor twist.
