  • 8 hot dogs

  • 8 hot dog buns

Optional Toppings

  • Relish

  • Mustard

  • Ketchup

  • Chopped onions

  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the Hot Dogs
Place the hot dogs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes.

  • Toast the Buns (Optional)
Remove the hot dogs and place each one into a bun.
Return them to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 1–2 minutes, until the buns are warm and lightly toasted.
If using cheese, add it now so it melts.

  • Serve
Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Softer buns: If you prefer a soft bun instead of toasted, place the hot dog in the bun and warm at 375°F for 30 seconds.

  • Don’t overcrowd: Leave space between hot dogs so they crisp evenly.

  • Cheese lovers: Shredded cheddar or mozzarella melts perfectly in the final minute.

  • Great for parties: Cook the hot dogs first, then quickly reheat everything together before serving
