Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups, cut into florets)

  • Spray oil (olive or avocado oil)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Season the Cauliflower
    While preheating, place cauliflower florets in a bowl. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Air Fry
    Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket and lightly spray again with oil.
    Cook for 8 minutes, then shake the basket well.
    Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and crispy on the outside.

  • Make the Parmesan Butter
    In a bowl, mix the melted butter and parmesan cheese.

  • Toss and Serve
    Transfer the hot cauliflower to the bowl and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispy cauliflower, add the parmesan before air frying instead of after.

  • Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even browning.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.

  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
