1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups, cut into florets)
Spray oil (olive or avocado oil)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Season the Cauliflower
While preheating, place cauliflower florets in a bowl. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Air Fry
Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket and lightly spray again with oil.
Cook for 8 minutes, then shake the basket well.
Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and crispy on the outside.
Make the Parmesan Butter
In a bowl, mix the melted butter and parmesan cheese.
Toss and Serve
Transfer the hot cauliflower to the bowl and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
For extra crispy cauliflower, add the parmesan before air frying instead of after.
Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even browning.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
Serve immediately for the best texture.
