Air Fryer Salmon Bites (Lemon Garlic Butter)

Air Fryer Salmon Bites (Lemon Garlic Butter)

These Air Fryer Salmon Bites are tender, juicy, and coated in a rich lemon garlic butter that makes every bite irresistible. They cook in just minutes and are perfect for easy dinners, meal prep, or adding protein to salads and grain bowls throughout the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound skinless salmon filet, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  • Season the salmon: Add the salmon cubes to a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and gently toss to coat.

  • Make the sauce: Add the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the bowl. Toss until the salmon is evenly coated.

  • Air fry: Line the air fryer basket (important to catch the sauce). Add the salmon and pour any remaining sauce over the top.

  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.

  • Serve: Transfer to a plate and drizzle with the remaining lemon garlic butter. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Cut the salmon into even-sized cubes for uniform cooking.

  • Use a liner or parchment paper so none of the flavorful butter sauce is lost.

  • No need to shake or flip—the salmon cooks evenly as-is.

  • For Whole30 or dairy-free, swap butter with ghee or olive oil.
