Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs steak (sirloin, New York strip, or ribeye), cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the Steak

  • In a large bowl, toss the steak pieces with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal seasoning, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well coated.

3. Air Fry

  • Spread the steak bites evenly in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.

  • Air fry at 400°F for 7–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Finish & Serve

  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.

Notes

  • Use well-marbled cuts like ribeye for extra juiciness.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—space helps browning.

  • For medium doneness, aim for an internal temperature of about 140°F before resting.

  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in juices.
