4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch chunks
Olive oil spray
1 tbsp sweet paprika
½ tsp dried cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Brown rice or grains, optional for serving
Place the salmon bites in a large bowl and lightly spritz with olive oil spray.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon and gently toss until evenly coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
Don’t overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed so the salmon browns evenly.
Uniform pieces: Cut salmon into similar-sized chunks for even cooking.
Extra heat: Add more cayenne or a pinch of smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.
