  • 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch chunks

  • Olive oil spray

  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika

  • ½ tsp dried cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

  • Brown rice or grains, optional for serving

Instructions

  • Place the salmon bites in a large bowl and lightly spritz with olive oil spray.

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon and gently toss until evenly coated.

  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil.

  • Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.

  • Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
