2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package egg roll wrappers
1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking 2–3 minutes until fragrant and soft.
2️⃣ Cook Beef
Add ground beef. Cook and crumble until browned and no longer pink (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed.
3️⃣ Season the Filling
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the meat with flavor.
4️⃣ Add Cheese
Remove from heat. Transfer beef to a bowl and let cool slightly. Fold in shredded cheddar.
