Ingredients

Scale

Serves 6

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 1 lb pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite shape)

  • 6 kaiser rolls (or more if needed)

  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 34 tsp garlic & herb seasoning

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken with garlic & herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  2. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Prepare the Bread Bowls
Slice the tops off kaiser rolls and gently hollow out the inside to form bowls.

  4. Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter with garlic & herb seasoning. Brush inside and edges of the rolls.

  5. Toast the Bowls
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 4–5 minutes to crisp up slightly.

  6. Combine Pasta & Sauce
Add the drained pasta and Alfredo sauce to the cooked chicken. Stir until coated and heated through.

  7. Assemble
Spoon the creamy chicken alfredo into each bread bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese.

  8. Final Bake
Return to the oven for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and the bowls are golden and crispy.

  9. Serve
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes and serve while hot!

Notes

  • Use fresh Alfredo sauce for richer flavor — store-bought works but homemade is next-level.

  • Make it cheesy! Add mozzarella on top for a stretchy cheese pull.

  • Veggie boost: Add steamed broccoli or spinach to the pasta mixture.

  • Crisper bowls: Toast bowls a bit longer before filling if you like a crunchier texture.

  • Save the bread you scoop out — turn it into croutons or breadcrumbs!
