If you’re craving something cozy, creamy, and full of garlicky goodness, this Creamy Garlic Pasta is the perfect choice. It’s made with simple pantry ingredients, comes together in under 30 minutes, and delivers that restaurant-style richness without the effort.
12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and whisk. Reduce heat to low and let it gently simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until silky.
Top with fresh parsley (optional) and serve warm.
Perfect with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
