1 lb salmon fillets, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
2 tablespoons water
Garnish
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
