  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 cups tortilla chips

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 Roma tomato, diced

  • ½ bell pepper, diced

  • 1 scallion, sliced

  • Chopped fresh cilantro

  • Sour cream, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and set aside.
