Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large breasts, halved)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.

  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. Reduce the heat to medium-low.

  2. Add the minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

  3. Pour in the cream, stirring constantly.

  4. Add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.

  5. Stir in the spinach (if using) and simmer for 2–3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

3. Combine and Serve

  1. Return the chicken to the skillet.

  2. Spoon the garlic sauce over the chicken and simmer for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Extra crispy chicken: Lightly coat the chicken in a mix of grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs before cooking.

  • Cream consistency: If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk or chicken broth.

  • Flavor boost: Freshly grated Parmesan melts better and adds more depth than pre-shredded cheese.

  • Make it spicy: Add red pepper flakes to the sauce for gentle heat.
