These Crispy Toasted Ravioli are golden, crunchy on the outside, and warm and cheesy on the inside. Made with frozen ravioli, they’re incredibly easy and perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or fun side dish. You can cook them in the air fryer or oven, and they’re absolutely irresistible when dipped in marinara sauce.
12–16 pieces frozen ravioli (any filling)
1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned recommended)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 eggs, beaten (or non-dairy milk for an egg-free option)
Cooking spray or olive oil
Marinara sauce, for serving
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Set up a breading station:
Bowl 1: beaten eggs (or milk)
Bowl 2: breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan
Dip each frozen ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat well with breadcrumbs. Press gently so crumbs stick.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Arrange ravioli in a single layer and spray lightly on top.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange breaded ravioli on the sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Do not thaw the ravioli before breading.
Avoid overcrowding to ensure even crisping.
Add garlic powder or Italian seasoning to breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
For extra crunch, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
