English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas (Easy, Cheesy, Family-Favorite Breakfast)

English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas are a quick, fun, and satisfying breakfast or brunch option that the whole family will love. Toasted English muffins are topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory bacon, tangy chili sauce, and melted cheese, then baked until perfectly gooey. They’re easy to customize, simple to make, and ideal for busy mornings, brunch gatherings, or breakfast-for-dinner nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large eggs

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ¾ cup real bacon bits, divided

  • 6 English muffins, sliced in half

  • ½ cup chili sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Prepare the eggs
Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the heavy cream and whisk until fully combined.
Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder, then whisk again.

  • Scramble the eggs
Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased nonstick sauté pan over medium heat.
Gently stir as the eggs cook.
Once the eggs are just set and no longer look wet, stir in ½ cup of the bacon bits.
Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Assemble the breakfast pizzas
Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of chili sauce on each muffin.
Spoon the egg and bacon mixture evenly over the muffins.

  • Add cheese and toppings
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
Top with the remaining ¼ cup bacon bits.

  • Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

  • Serve
Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook the eggs: Slightly soft scrambled eggs stay fluffy after baking.

  • Use sturdy muffins: Regular or whole-wheat English muffins work best for holding toppings.

  • Customize easily: Add cooked sausage, diced peppers, onions, or swap chili sauce for marinara or breakfast gravy.

  • Make ahead friendly: Scramble the eggs in advance and assemble just before baking.

  • Kid-friendly option: Use less chili sauce or substitute with ketchup or mild pizza sauce.
