  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

  • ¼ cup honey garlic sauce

  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce (or hot sauce like Frank’s)

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped and washed

  • 36 tablespoons ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)

  • ½ medium red onion, diced

  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced

  • ½ large cucumber, diced

  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Coat the Chicken

In a small bowl, toss the cooked diced chicken with the honey garlic sauce and buffalo sauce until fully coated and glossy.

2. Dress the Greens

In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with ranch dressing (start light and add more to taste).

3. Assemble

Divide lettuce between two bowls or plates.
Top with red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, cheese (if using), and spoon the honey hot chicken over the top.

4. Serve
