Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade

Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade

This Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade is a light, refreshing drink inspired by the popular Starbucks version. Made with delicate white tea, fruity guava juice, and fresh lemon, it’s perfectly balanced—slightly sweet, gently tart, and incredibly refreshing. It’s easy to make at home with simple ingredients and perfect for warm days, brunch, or a relaxing afternoon drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup hot water

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional), plus more to taste

  • 1 white tea bag

  • ½ cup ice cubes (plus more for serving)

  • 1 cup guava juice

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (about ¼½ lemon), plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea
In a heat-safe measuring cup, dissolve the honey (if using) in ½ cup boiling water. Add the white tea bag and let steep for 10 minutes.

  2. Cool the tea
After 10 minutes, add ½ cup ice to the tea and allow it to continue steeping for another 10 minutes.

  3. Mix the flavors
Remove the tea bag. Stir in the guava juice and fresh lemon juice.

  4. Serve
Fill one large glass or two small glasses with ice. Pour the iced guava white tea lemonade over the ice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use 100% guava juice for the best fruity flavor.

  • White tea is delicate—avoid steeping longer than directed to prevent bitterness.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or simple syrup if desired.

  • Fresh lemon juice gives the brightest flavor compared to bottled juice.

  • For a stronger tea taste, use two tea bags instead of one.
