This Korean Spicy Chicken Stir Fry is a bold and flavorful dish that comes together quickly in one pan. 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
