2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced green onions
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the wraps:
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an equal portion of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Add veggies:
Top with spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
Roll the wraps:
Fold in the sides, then roll from bottom to top to form a tight wrap.
Optional – toast the wraps:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm. Perfect with a side salad or chips!
Make it lighter: Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or light cream cheese.
Add flavor: A dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes gives it a nice kick.
Use other veggies: Bell peppers, cucumbers, or shredded carrots work well.
Meal prep: Make ahead, wrap in foil, and refrigerate. Reheat in the oven for a crispy wrap.
