4 large croissants, sliced horizontally
8 slices deli ham (about 200g)
8 slices Swiss or Gruyère cheese (about 120g)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1️⃣ Prep Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Assemble
