  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Seasonings & Oil

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cheese & Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Season the chicken:
    In a bowl, mix diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until fully coated.

  • Cook the chicken:
    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Assemble the wraps:
    Lay out the tortillas and spread each one with creamy garlic sauce. Divide the cooked chicken evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top.

  • Fold & grill:
    Fold the tortillas into wraps. Return them to the pan and grill 2–3 minutes per side, until the cheese melts and the tortillas become crispy and golden.
