1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) bottle ranch dressing
5 packages (15-count each) frozen phyllo tart shells
Preheat Oven
Set to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain any fat.
Add Seasoning
Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Simmer 5 minutes.
Mix Filling
In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Add cooked taco meat and mix until fully combined.
Assemble Tarts
Spoon mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells.

Frozen tarts: 10–13 minutes
