  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  • Make the filling:
    In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Assemble the wraps:
    Lay out the tortillas. Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
    Top with spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and parsley if desired.

  • Fold and roll:
    Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.

  • Cook the wraps:
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
    Place wraps seam-side down and cook 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until heated through.

  • Serve:
    Remove from skillet, let cool 1 minute, then slice in half. Serve warm.
