Parmesan Garlic Topping

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Allow ground beef to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  3. Separate the biscuit dough and set aside.

2. Cook the Beef

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook 5–7 minutes, breaking into small crumbles until no pink remains (internal temp 160°F / 71°C).

  3. Drain excess grease if necessary.

4. Bake

  1. Arrange bombs seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each.

  2. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

5. Add Parmesan Garlic Topping

  1. Melt butter and mix with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

  2. Brush over bombs immediately after baking.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use 80/20 ground beef for juicy, flavorful filling.

  • Let the beef sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.

  • Seal the dough edges well to prevent the cheese from oozing out.

  • Brush with Parmesan garlic butter while warm for the best flavor.

  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven to refresh the crispy tops.
