Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4 large tortillas

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the Garlic Chicken

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and heat through.

2. Make the Creamy Cheese Mixture

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.

3. Combine Chicken and Cheese

  • Remove chicken from heat and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

4. Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.

  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.

  • Roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.

5. Grill the Wraps

  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Cheese swaps: Use feta or goat cheese for a tangy flavor.

  • Lighter version: Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt.

  • Make ahead: Prepare the filling in advance and store in the fridge.

  • Storage: Leftovers keep for 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat in a skillet or oven to keep them crispy.
