2 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
1. Cook the Garlic Chicken
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and heat through.
2. Make the Creamy Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
3. Combine Chicken and Cheese
Remove chicken from heat and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. Assemble the Wraps
Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
5. Grill the Wraps
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
Cook wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Cheese swaps: Use feta or goat cheese for a tangy flavor.
Lighter version: Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt.
